Open to all Greenwich residents and employees. 

TO ENTER, YOU WILL FILL OUT OUR WAITLIST REQUEST FORM with the QTY of tickets you want, your contact information & credit card number, which will be securely stored.
YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE FORM.
You will receive confirmation that your Waitlist Request was ‘submitted and waiting approval’. 

WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WEEK ENDING MARCH 28. No preference will be given to the date/time of submission.

2025 Ticket Prices:

Community tickets: $100 per ticket
Children Ages 2 - 12: $20 per ticket
Babies Under Age 2: Free

Available to Greenwich residents and employees.

Processing fees apply to all tickets purchased. Eighty percent of each Community ticket is generously funded by individual and corporate sponsors of the GTP.

All entries submitted will be randomly sorted once the lottery has closed; no preference will be given to the date/time of submission.

In order to be fair to all, we ask that you submit only one Waitlist Request Form per household.

ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND THE EVENT: Tickets are $20 per ticket for children ages 2 - 12; and free for babies under age 2. Children’s tickets must be included when you submit your Waitlist Request Form.

Greenwich Town Party (GTP) Tickets may only be purchased by Greenwich residents, business owners or employees. All Waitlist Request Forms submitted will be verified for Greenwich residency or employment.

Entry Process:

STEP 1: Fill out the Waitlist Request Form with the quantity of tickets you want. Remember to include tickets for children and/or babies when you submit your form.

STEP 2: Enter your personal information & credit card number, which will be securely stored.*

STEP 3: When you submit, you can review your request. Your card will not be charged.

STEP 4: You will see confirmation on the screen and receive an email.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified after the lottery has closed and submissions have been randomly sorted.

  • If you win and want the tickets, your credit card will be charged for the exact amount of tickets you requested on your form, and you will receive a confirmation of the purchase.

  • Winners who DO NOT want the tickets, will have a ONE-DAY window to opt out.

  • Non-winners will also be emailed of their status and remain on the waitlist. If all tickets are not purchased by Ticket Lottery Winners, they will be offered to the next people on the Waitlist.

*NOTE: Our ticket lottery is hosted by Front Gate, a ticketing, software and operations provider for the festival and event industry, and the GTP’s third-party ticket vendor.   • Lottery winners will be notified the week ending March 28. (Date subject to change.)

  • We are working with Front Gate Tickets to conduct our lottery using their Waitlist Request technology. The people who fill out and submit a Waitlist Request Form online will be randomly sorted and lottery winners will be selected in the same manner as our lottery has always been conducted. All submissions will be considered equal, with no preference given to the date and time of submission within the open period. If all tickets are not purchased by the notified Ticket Lottery Winners, they will be offered to the next people on the randomly sorted list of all who submitted a Waitlist Request Form.

  • If the billing zip code is not within the Town of Greenwich, the GTP will verify the applicant via proof of residency and/or employment. No exceptions.

  • In order to be fair to all, we ask that you submit only one Waitlist Request Form per household. Only one Waitlist Request Form per unique email address will be entered into the lottery. The GTP will also implement a verification process to confirm unique email identities, as well as Greenwich residency or employment.

  • You will need to submit a Waitlist Request Form for Community tickets. Please note that if you win the lottery, you will be notified and have a one-day window to opt out if you do not want your tickets. If you do not opt out, you will be charged for the exact number of tickets requested on the winning Waitlist Request Form submitted.

  • There were 6,000 Community (general admission) tickets for 2024, including adults and children.

  • Community Lottery winners can purchase up to 6 adult tickets, up to 4 tickets for children ages 2-12, and up to 2 tickets for babies (under age 2). The number of tickets purchased by each lottery winner will be the exact number of tickets the winner specified on the Waitlist Request Form submitted.

  • The ticket purchase maximums allow people to purchase enough tickets to accommodate families.

  • Lottery winners will be notified both by Front Gate, a ticketing, software and operations provider for the festival and event industry, and the GTP’s third-party ticket vendor. Lottery winners will have a one-day window to opt-out if they do NOT want their tickets. For winners who DO want their tickets: the credit card included in the submitted Waitlist Request Form, will be charged after the one-day opt-out window has expired.   • The goal of the GTP is to unite a large and diverse Town of Greenwich, made up of several different neighborhoods, behind one common purpose – to celebrate our community.

  • The Greenwich Town Party has no cost to the Town of Greenwich. The GTP is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit; privately funded through generous contributions from residents and businesses, and, in part, through ticket sales. All proceeds support the sustainability of the event.
